This 2014 Honda CBR1000RR SP is one of 5k units produced for the model year and it is finished in a red, white, and blue HRC livery. Power is from a 998cc DOHC inline-four linked to a six-speed transmission, and the bike features a slipper clutch, adjustable clip-on handlebars, Öhlins adjustable suspension components, 17″ alloy wheels, Brembo front brake calipers, a rear fender eliminator kit, and a digital instrument panel. The bike comes with a clean title and the original owner’s manuals.
The body is finished in a white, blue, and red livery over an aluminum twin-spar frame. Features include a clear windscreen, a black vinyl-upholstered solo seat, rear-set foot controls, fairing-mounted mirrors with integrated turn signals, and a side stand. A rear fender eliminator kit has been fitted.
Gold-finished 17″ alloy wheels with black stripes and red CBR insignias are mounted with 120/70 front and 190/50 rear Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa tires. Braking is from Brembo four-piston monoblock calipers mounted over a pair of 320mm floating drilled discs up front in addition to a single-piston Nissin caliper and a 220mm drilled rotor at the rear.
The motorcycle rides on an adjustable 43mm Öhlins NIX30 inverted fork along with an adjustable Öhlins TTX36 monoshock, which is attached to the Unit Pro-Link aluminum swingarm.
Adjustable clip-on handlebars mounted beneath the top triple clamp frame a digital instrument panel with readouts for speed, gear selection, a lap timer, coolant temperature, and a tachometer with a 13k-rpm redline. The digital odometer indicates 1k miles.
The liquid-cooled 999cc DOHC inline-four is equipped with programmed dual-stage fuel injection and 46mm throttle bodies. Factory-rated output was 178 horsepower and 84 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed and the battery replaced in preparation for the sale.
Power is sent to the rear wheel through a slipper clutch, a six-speed transmission, and a drive chain.
